Pharmacy Weight Loss Prudhoe is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Prudhoe and the surrounding UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK medicines regulations.
You must be aged 18 or over to use our service. Our weight loss treatments are available to UK residents only. You must not use this service if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have been advised by a healthcare professional not to use weight loss medication.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and honest information during your online consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in inappropriate prescribing and could pose a serious risk to your health. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw treatment at any time if we have concerns about patient safety or eligibility.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to clinical assessment by one of our qualified prescribers. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will review every order before dispensing. Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our team and in accordance with current clinical guidelines. We may request additional information or decline to prescribe if we consider it clinically appropriate to do so.
Prescription medicines supplied through our pharmacy are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price displayed at checkout will apply to your current order.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders. Whilst we take every reasonable step to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
You must ensure that someone is available to receive your order or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot accept liability for medications that are lost, stolen, or damaged following a confirmed delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines under UK law, and no refund will be issued for dispensed medication.
If you have been charged but your prescription was not approved, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds for consultation fees are not provided where a clinical assessment has been completed.
The information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Our service does not replace your regular GP or primary care provider. In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
You must inform your GP or other treating clinicians of any medications prescribed through our service. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you during your consultation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
